Andy Wolf

An idea between friends

… that was the beginning of ANDY WOLF EYEWEAR. Their eyewear label was founded in 2006 by Andreas Pirkheim (better known as Andy) and Wolfgang Scheucher (the Wolf in their name). ANDY WOLF EYEWEAR started small, but with a big vision – of combining local and traditional eyewear craftsmanship with contemporary, innovative design. Their designer gems are now worn and loved all over the world. ANDY WOLF EYEWEAR is now available in 69 countries, a number which is increasing all the time! What do they think of their success? In one word: great!

The whole of the ANDY WOLF creative team drafts, designs, builds and assembles with enthusiasm until a piece of ANDY WOLF eyewear is perfect – in terms of its fit, material and style. Each piece of eyewear is handmade, and all the materials are the best of their kind. And with their nearby production facilities, they can also guarantee impeccable quality, which they can feel in each of their darling frames

Anne & Valentin

Anne & Valentin is a brand born from the wild dream of two opticians from Toulouse, a town in the South-West of France. The couple, looking for graphic and original frames for their friends, decided to create what they couldn’t find. Today, still driven by their fierce independence and their familial state of mind, they continue to develop a vision that embodies their research, fueled by the highest standards and their love for the object itself.

In the Anne & Valentin creation studio, their designers cultivate a permanent thinking process where Design plays a central role. They constantly question themselves and find ways to redefine lines and volumes, rethink the relationship between reliefs and face, draw on the various artistic expressions that have left an imprint in history. Their frames, their visuals, their interior decoration and the furniture in their stores are the results of their work and the concrete manifestations of their ideas.

Maui Jim

Maui Jim got its start in 1980 as a small company selling sunglasses on Ka’anapali beach in Lahaina, Maui. Seeing a need in the market for technology that could combat intense glare and harmful UV while bringing the brilliant colors of the island to life they engineered the revolutionary PolarizedPlus2® lens.

What began as their Classic Collection of seven styles, has evolved into over 125 styles of sunglasses, all of which are polarized and protect from 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

MYKITA

MYKITA

The clear design language at MYKITA starts with material integrity, emphasising the most appealing properties of the materials they work with. Their product design is straightforward – seeing how something is built has become the most recognisable feature of MYKITA frames. The first collection featured an openly displayed spiral hinge, a mechanical solution that became an incidental styling element and a hallmark of MYKITA frames. This original patented hinge represents the guiding principle for design at MYKITA: the technical solution must also be aesthetic.

With a focus on challenging norms and creating new aesthetic impulses within eyewear, MYKITA pushes visible logos and conventional luxury codes into the background. Instead, significant research and development goes into advancing their constructions, materials and surfaces, which all contribute to the characteristic modernity of their frames. This extensive catalogue of design ingredients enables the variety of styles in the collections, as well as the refined colour and surface compositions that set MYKITA glasses apart.

Suzy Glam

Suzy Glam attaches great importance to a visual way of designing. Instead of starting from a drawing or a computer render, all models are primarily shaped by hand, then fitted and adjusted again. In this way, the design is literally formed on the face. Suzy Glam is convinced that this method gives a different result from designing in the more traditional two-dimensional way. Technology must support the design process, but must not be a goal in itself. New technical developments for eyewear designs are interesting for the designer, but often unnecessary for the wearer and the optician. The focus of this collection lies in the three-dimensionality of the design and the aesthetics of the frame as an object.

Suzy Glam designs eyewear for women and for men, but not both simultaneously. The female styles have a powerful presence with a strong feminine character. The distinctive eyewear for men are designed for confident men who do not shy away from glamour; individualists who dare to show themselves.

Thierry Lasry

Thierry Lasry is a French designer born in Paris. He launched his eponymous eyewear brand late 2006. Raised in a highly creative environment by a father who was an Optician and a mother who was a designer, he has elevated the status of sunglasses and managed to redesign them into a fashion accessory that is as essential as a nice clutch or a pair of stilettos.

As a VISIONARY, Thierry felt that craftsmanship and the renowned PARISIAN style mixed with groundbreaking designs would win over any women or man in search of honoring their strong self-identity. This idea is revolutionary in a fashion world obsessed with branding.
